Location - Close to the main parts of the city. Also, there are restaurants and eateries nearby. Apartment - Clean, quiet, and private. It's very spacious and just as described.

The staff was very friendly and responsive - I had many requests, however, all of them were answered quickly and professionally. The location was good, very convenient to reach the main sites as well as the bus stop to the central station is nearby. The apartment was super clean and spacy, newly designed what you do not usually find in Sicily. In addition, the staircase of a building itself where apartment is, looks nice and clean. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious.

The noise from apartment which has windows to the street-was really big during the night and earplugs did not help. Therefore, who are very sensitive to the sounds, should consider this and take apartment in the courtyard. There was no iron which is very helpful when travelling.

There were stains on the pillow covers and hair. Shower had only a fixed shower head. Communication in English was very difficult.

The apartment was at a very central location. It was clean and spacious. And our host Manuela was very kind and helpful in every way. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location, everything in Palermo was very easy to reach. There were no problems, a nice bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The heating was working perfectly, which is very useful in January. The kitchen was well equipped and for example the closet was very clever and great for travelers.
