Location was great, staff very friendly and the apartment clean and cozy.

Good location ,

Room had very bad soundproofing, as they are divided from one flat. The lock in the room was not working at all, after we locked it anyone could just push on the door and open it, because of that I didn’t feel very safe and had an awful sleep during the night.

Location and the space

The staff were not friendly. I had booked for two units needing the additional space for my family. However, one of the units smelled like cigarette smoke and so we asked for an alternate option or refund. Without an alternate option, the owner property only agreed to a partial refund. They also told Booking.com that we were requesting a refund only because we only wanted the unit with the bigger space when that actually wasn't true. On the day of our departure, the staff also kept hovering outside the unit repeatedly asking for the tax when we had plenty of time before needing to check out. It honestly felt very rude and like they were harassing us. Overall, it was unfortunate that while the space and facility were great, the customer service was very subpar.

Great location with a fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee capsules and water. Good shower in big bathroom and comfy bed. There was a large walk-in wardrobe that seems a bit useless, but nice touch I guess. Also nice to have a balcony to dry things.

More pet peeves than actual problems, but I didn’t like them trying to sell supermarket wine for inflated prices. Also instructions in apartment requested we clean our dishes before leaving….? I understand if you make a feast for 10 people perhaps, but guests shouldn’t be expected to do this with the prices they are paying.

Very clean and comfortable, we felt like home. You really have everything you need here. We got a welcome basket and wine AC is working well, there is a big screen TV and also a dressing room Kitchen is functional, coffee machine with coffee included, also a dish washer :) Really close to everything you need

A bit slow check in, you have to bring your luggage up the stairs to second floor - this was actually to anticipate - expected. Shower door is not closing completely perfect, so if you take a longer shower some drops of water might come out of the shower cabin.

This is a wonderful apartment spacious and very well equipped a lot of thought has gone into making this the best apartment in Palermo

There are stairs 60? No lift but I got used to that there is no terrace otherwise I lived this apartment and would hope to return the location is brilliant for everything Mauro the host helped me with large suitcase and arranged help when I was leaving I was very happy about this

The apartment was perfect for our family break. The location was very central. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well supplied with everything you might need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We did not meet the host but she was very responsive to our every need and was flexible about our check in and check out times.
