에어컨이 있지만 집이 더운 편임. 밑에 식당가라 시끄러움. 호스트와 서비스 담당이 따로 있어 소통에 불편함이 있었고 담당자는 본인 전달 사항만 전하고 바로 떠나 버렸고 그 이후 문의사항에 대해 답변을 받기 힘들었음.

It was in a great location and the apartment is nice.

I will never book an apartment hosted by a management company again! Communication was a pain, getting anything done was ridiculous and no one ever contacted us to see if we needed anything. I basically had no hot water most of the time, and when I told them the wifi on the TV wasn't working, they just told me to turn it off and on again which didn't work and they never followed up! I was there for 10 days, booked an apartment so I don't have to eat out all the time. There were no basics at all, I had to buy salt, sugar, everything even if all I wanted was to make breakfast! There is no AC in the main living area so it was quite hot. Only great thing was location!

Falta de comunicação para o check in. A casa estava suja no momento do check in. O anfitrião que fez o check in era rude. O ar condicionado era somente nos fundos da casa e o ar não chega na sala que é super quente. Deixaram pouquíssimo papel higiênico, uma maquina de cafe Nespresso suja e não havia nem apenas uma capsula de cortesia. Cama do quarto single é extremamente pequena, somente uma criança consegue dormir. Éramos em 3 pessoas e deixaram apenas uma chave. Enfim, não recomendo.

Our stay in Palermo was Wonderful. The apt was in a perfect location right next to Teatro Massimo. All local major sites within walking distance with local bus transportation within a couple minutes walk to reach further destinations, such as the beach or Monreale. It was large, Clean and had everything we needed for the week. Our host, Moni was very helpful with recommendations of where to go and what to see. Overall we give our stay here a 10!!

Location was fantastic - with a small view of the teattro Bathroom was reasonably spacious and it also had a well equipped kitchenette and washing machine. Excellent for people travelling on a longer holiday. Airconditioning and TV was streaming services good for very hot afternoons. Elevator - only 3 stairs to contend with. Host was very accommodating and spent quite some time explaing the apartment to us. The people who worked in the restaurants below were very friendly and welcoming. Be aware that it is on a very noisy street - but that is all part of the city and it didn't bother us at all.

Next to nothing - ideally a larger shower might be good, but it wasn't a problem.

Great apartment in an amazing location with an incredibly welcoming and helpful owner - I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to stay in Palermo! 10/10 on all aspects
