Teatro Massimo City Center Apartments

Breakfast was not included, but many stores, cafes and bakers around. Excellent location, host very nice. all you need you can find at the apartment.

Location is great, but since it is in the busiest area of the city it is pretty laud and you cannot open the window during the night because you feel you are almost at the street

Centrally located apartment in the historic centre close to all main attractions and plentiful places to eat. We stayed in apartment 1 (two bedrooms, two bathrooms), which was immaculately clean with fabulous balcony views of the Teatro Massimo. Good communication with the host who was there to welcome us and keep us right. We parked in Parking Orlando which was €13 per day, outside the low emissions zone and an 8 minute (straight) walk to the apartment.

Nothing. Perfect place for a family of 4 to enjoy the city.

the location of the apartment is great! Everything is near by - grocery, coffee, restaurants, main walking street. Beautiful varanda to sit outside for coffee and people watch

sometimes outside can be a bit too noisy but closing the windows solves this

It was located near to a lively area, which suited us and the flat itself was relatively quiet. It was well equipped and apart from slight niggles with the shower (both the overhead and the side shower definitely need repairing) and the waterproof mattress protector (hot), the stay was very comfortable with plenty of space.

I would have scored 9 or 10 apart from the experience at arrival. Our arrival time had been notified and accepted. There was no-one at the property, nobody answered the phone or responded to texts (the given phone number was the owner and not the person meeting us). Half an hour on a busy street in a new town with luggage and no response from the host, is a long time. Only resolved through the messaging system to the property through Booking.Com (where it says responses can take 24hours!). I would have put this down to something I may have done but the following day, the same thing happened to someone else with even more luggage and little English or Italian. We were in the building and could help them but they were clearly distressed. Hopefully this was a blip and has been sorted.
