"Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung auf mehreren Ebenen in zentraler Lage"

Die Kommunikation mit Ferdinando und seinen Mitarbeitern war völlig unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Wer eine Stadtwohnung mitten im Zentrum mag, wird hier voll umfänglich bedient. Großzügig geschnitten und viel Platz auf mehren Ebenen mit italienischen Charme. 3 Bäder mit allem was man braucht. Kaffee und Wasser waren fürs erste vorrätig und musste nicht von uns besorgt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern wären wir länger geblieben. Vielen Dank

Silberfischchen im grünen Bad und der Fön im rosa Bad ist defekt. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen. Da weitere Bäder und Föne zur Verfügung stehen, ist es nur eine Info an den Besitzer und hat uns nicht in unserem Komfort eingeschränkt.

"Super consigliato!"

Ottima posizione centrale! L’appartamento è grande e spazioso. Peccato ci sia solo un bagno e non ci sia il supporto per il doccino, il che rende scomoda un po’ la doccia. Ferdinando super gentile e disponibile, ci ha pure dato molti consigli sulla città

"Soggiorno da ripetere!"

NEL COMPLESSO TUTTO BENE: In primis Giorgio molto gentile e premuroso, ci ha consigliato bene in tutto. Appartamento enorme e completo per quanto necessitava.

La cosa "fastidiosa" è stato il rumore fino a notte tarda specie la sera di sabato: ci siamo lamentate con colui che demoliva muri all'interno dell'edificio alle 22:00 , la camera che affaccia sulla strada è particolarmente rumorosa fino a tardi a causa del traffico: Ovviamente tutto quanto sopra è dovuto al fatto che il palazzo ha una certa età e quindi non insonorizzato: consigliamo tappi per orecchie.

Tutto perfetto, la posizione è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare per un soggiorno in città, l'appartamento è carino e silenzioso, stanza ampia e letto molto comodo, host di grandissima disponibilità e gentilezza!
