Piazza Politeama

The apartment is quite spacious with two large bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. We travelled between friends so we never felt like we were walking on top of each other. The location is a bit far from the main monuments but it's practical if you rented a car as it was easy to find a parking spot nearby. You can also easily walk to the historical centre within 10-15 min, which didn't bother us at all as you go through a lively main street.

The living room isn't very cozy. It sits at the entrance with little daylight and there is no AC so it got quite hot. If you are staying for long in the summer, it isn't the nicest place to chill after a long day out. There was no guide/instructions so we had to always ask the host (whom we did not meet) for questions even such as asking for the wifi password and so on. They were replying quicly.

I condizionatori erano sporchi: una pulizia ai filtri sarebbe consigliabile. Montare il motore del condizionatore sul balcone impedendo la chiusura della persiana non mi è sembrata una grande idea. La cucina aveva odori strani, tipo cucina indiana. Il non aver incontrato il proprietario per essere registrato per il check-in (documenti inviati via whatsapp) ed per avere una ricevuta del pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (lasciati i soldi contanti sul tavolo). Sarà stata versata?

The garbage on the entrance of the building and the air conditioning in two of three rooms were not working properly.

Apartamento muy grande, estaba todo limpio

Ducha no tenía presión de agua, cocina muy poco equipada. Aire acondicionado sonaba muchísimo. Tuve que pagar el doble del impuesto de turismo, lo habían subido 1 mes antes , pero no fui avisado ni hicieron correcciones en booking. El propietario mando un wasp ofreciendo dar información pero luego haces consultas y no responde

Na 3 osoby miałyśmy apartament 80m2, co było wręcz luksusem.
