"Попри зазначені мінуси, ми з коханим провели чудові 3 доби в цій квартирі і зустріли в ній Новий рік"

Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості. Зручний диван у кімнаті з більярдом, сам більярд. На кухні є все необхідне (посуд для приготування їжі, духовка, мікрохвильовка, плита).

Не працював камін. В одній з кімнат не було опалення. Якщо ставили обігрівач, поки було ввімкнено світло, ставало швидко жарко, а потім за пару годин дуже холодно.

Розташування, близько до центру

Погане обслуговування, взяли завдаток і не знайшли хотіли повертати, зламані меблі, зачинений балкон, брудна витяжка та жалюзі, скрізь пил, розбита раковина, дуже неприємний запах каналізації. Залишились неприємні враження. Фото не відповідає дійсності.
