Residenza Valentino

We loved how easily we could reach the apartment by public transport, yet it felt like a hidden gem up on heights from Locarno. It was clean, spacious and with a personal touch! The neighboring grotto is lovely - friendly service and tasty food, so warmly recommend checking that out. You can also hike up from the apartment to other grottos/paths. We also liked the bar that was a short walk away for a drink and views from their terrace.

There are a set of apartments at Residenza Valentino and to us it was not clear which one was booked - it was lovely but it didn't have view/sun like some of the photos do so just something to be aware of. It is also chilly, which is just the nature of older houses with history so not something bad, but bring some warm clothes/socks.

Balkon mit Sicht auf die schmalen, verwinkelten Gassen. Bushaltestelle in 1 min zu Fuss erreichbar und ist in ca. 10 min in Locarno.

Spacious, clean, lovely Mountain View’s, near the bus stop so easy to get into town, little treats left for us. Decor, bed was really comfy.

Would be nice to have recycling clearly set up

Keine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine-wer hat am Feiertag Nespressokapseln dabei?, Steckdose herausgerissen, klapperndes Geschirr vom Restaurant nebenan bis tief in die Nacht, kein Parkplatz-erst auf Empfehlung der Café Besitzerin bekam man den Tipp, eine Parkkarte in der Gemeinde zu erwerben, in der Wohnung riecht es muffig und es ist mega finster

The apartment is very nice, the location is nice and beautiful. Brione s. Munisio is easily accessible by bus.

I would suggest to add electric kettle.
