Everything. Luigi was fantastic. Location couldn't be faulted. Quiet too at night, couldn't hear the street noise.

Can't fault any of it.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable sans climatisation car il faisait suffisamment frais la nuit.Petit souci avec les fenêtres ouvertes le bruit de vie importante dans la rue qui est assez loin.Pas de vis à vis .Le lieu est très propre et luigi le réfèrent est très réactifs si il y a un problème ou pour quelques renseignements. La situation du lieu est simplement idyllique, les sites importants à visiter sont à deux pas. Un traiteur de qualité se trouve à proximité .

位置很棒，附近就有非常多的餐廳 空間很大，隔音很好，應有盡有，有任何問題房東也能隨時透過WhatsApp回覆！

電梯有點小，需要等，還好我們住在3樓，所以都是用走樓梯的

Soggiorno delizioso, l'appartamento un gioiellino. Posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi tutte le meraviglie di Palermo. Grazie al gentilissimo sig. Luigi che ci ha accolti con la sua simpatia. Consigliatissimo!

Location -- the apartment was steps away from the Quattro Canti, and many tourist sites. There was a taxi stand very nearby and restaurants etc. nearby, particularly on Maqueda street (but the only grocery store LIDL was a bit further.) The host was helpful. Parking was available for €15 a day, but I strongly recommend against using a car in the extremely narrow, pedestrianized streets. Although in the center of things, the apartment was quiet.

I didn't like the level of security, in the sense that it would keep burglars away but made me worry we would lock ourselves out. There were real physical keys, which you could turn a few times, and there was a code to use as well, But the host was always available and was in the building. The elevator was OK - we could fit 2 people, but it was hard to get bags too

Se encuentra en la calle principal de la ciudad, cerca de bares, restaurantes, mercados y las principales atracciones turísticas. Una característica única es el aparcamiento, ubicado en el mismo edificio. No es propiedad del anfitrión, pero puedes solicitarlo y reservarlo con antelación directamente con él. Es una zona de tráfico limitado (ZTL) para residentes, pero puedes comprar un pase diario directamente a través de la aplicación.

Aunque el edificio tiene ascensor, hay dos niveles de escaleras antes de acceder a los ascensores de los apartamentos de la parte trasera. Esto no supone un problema, ya que muchos edificios de la ciudad ni siquiera tienen ascensor, pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta.
