Beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo, very quiet yet close to lively area with bars and restaurants. Mauricio was very helpful and kind, he met me at the check in and gave lots of local tips. The flat is very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect in this apartment, you can find everything you need. Perfect location, perfect decoration, equipped kitchen and the 2 beautiful terraces. Very quiet place after visiting chaotic Palermo.

This is a great apartment right in the heart of Palermo about 10 minutes walk to both the stylish Marina area and historic Cathedral area in opposite directions. Maurizio was a great host, very informative and helpful and the apartment was very cool, well air-conditioned and has 2 balcony / terrace areas to relax on. The surrounding area was buzzing with lots of lively little bars and cafés.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest adding would be a washing machine

A beautiful apartment with a balcony at the front and a terrace at the back of the house. Great kitchen with high quality equipment and all that you need. Retro bathroom with plenty of space. So many lovely details which you don’t usually find in a holiday apartment. Best location to go into town in 10 minutes by foot. Mauricio’s tips and the speed of contact was great!

The apartment was wonderful, just like the kind and generous host who clearly takes great pride in both the apartment and in ensuring that guests have a great time in Palermo. The apartment is extremely well equipped with an abundance of kitchen accessories to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is fantastic, a great base from which to explore Palermo and beyond.

Maurizio is a spectacular host - he was responsive, adjusted to our arrival time and had a tone of recommendations and tips. The apartment has a lot of character and is perfectly located - right in the historical center. We loved eating our breakfasts outside on the terrace! Much recommended

It gets a bit loud in the evening on weekends because there are a few bars downstairs. However, that’s a price you pay for being in the heart of Palermo :)

Maurizio offers the cutest apartment in the Kalsa neighbourhood (best place to stay when in Palermo), where you can find plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants - 5 min walk and you're entering the touristic area of Palermo. The apartment itself was so cute and has a nice rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days at Maurizio's apartment and it felt like a home from home. He met us at the apartment to check in and gave us lots of useful tips for our stay. The accommodation had plenty of personality, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the mini kitchen functional. In particular having a small balcony and terrace to relax on was a bonus. The location was central to the historic centre with lots of bars and restaurants nearby yet fairly quiet for sleeping. It was easy to get to the station and a free shuttle bus ran round the city and stopped nearby. One of the best city apartments we've stayed in.
