Good value, clean. About 20 minutes walk to the main center and 20 minutes walk to the bus station. It was convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment!
It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the apartment. It is a little difficult to find the exact address. I suggest the host offer to meet guests outside the coffee shop below so they aren't walking in circles looking for the apartment.

elevator does not work downside without a key so when you leaving early you need take luggage for floors in hand
