Apartment Iris

The location is very good. Although the flat is on a main street and it's noisy including during the night.

The apartment was not clean. There were spider webs on the sealing. We only remained for a night there despite that the booking was for six nights. There was no internet. It's not been paid by the host. No TV channels. The bed in one of the bedrooms is in terrible condition. The bed in the other bedroom is in better condition. The flat needs painting. The walls are dirty. All the furniture is warning. The smell coming out of the bathroom on the morning is disgusting. One can easily find parking place in the nearby streets, but there is not one belonging to the flat. That was we faced on the first evening when we arrived there. So...we hired another accomodation on the next day.

The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We were also allowed to check in early without asking. The location is very local and just at the edge of historic old town. Two markets are in the building just downstairs.

The kitchen could use bowls and a drying rack for the dishes.

The apartment is located in a very run down section very difficult to find. Parking was difficult and we feared for safety of car. The host had not left the key as advised. They came 30mins later and ran away before I could enter apartment. This was up poor stair case which smelt. The apartment was clean but looked very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dark very small and very basic The apartment was way below the standard we have experienced so far in Bulgaria and is a discredit to booking.com of which I am a regular user. Requested a partial refund but so far no response. Very disappointed!

The apartment was spacious and has free parking. Location is good.

We only had bed sheets for 1 of the beds. When we asked for it, we never received a reaction. The matras in one of the bedrooms was very thin. One of the bedrooms had no curtains. Shower gets very wet. There is only airconditioning in 1 room. The apartment could be much better with small improvements such as a towel and dish cloth in the kitchen, shower curtain, curtains in the bedroom, etc.

The location is very good, it is next to the old city, and walking distance to city center. There are supermarkets in the building, and free parking behind the building. Apartment is very comfortable, and it was clean and well equipped.

Clean and comfortable. Good location.

A bit noisy at night due to the Boulevard.
