The location, but there are much better places from this one around.

There was mold in the bathroom, smells on cigarettes and it was dirty everywhere🤢. The bathroom was extra dirty with a clogged drain while the shower was broken. The mattress was also dirty and very old, pillows even worse. The kitchen was also very dirty with broken cabinets, the sofa with stains. And if you need an invoice, they are not ready to provide it.

Bedroom looked very nice until I removed the bed sheet.. spiders in mattress. Anyone who is planning to book this appartment . Plz look for small red spiders on the bed. In sofa bed there was no bed sheet. I messaged the landlord asking for one but he didnt reply. I had booked appartment for 3 nights. Had to go buy myself new one because sofa bed was so dirty. Worst thing was when I messaged the person who was managing g the place he didn't even reply. IN.PICTURES THIS APPARTMENT LOOKS VERY NICE BUT WHEN YOU GO IN REMOVE THE COVERS FROM MATRESS AND FROM SOFA BED AND YOU WILL SEE

Location is great with free parking. Short walk to kapana, great apartment!
