Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pomocny gospodarz. Fajny zielony ogródek, gdzie można odpocząć :)

Łóżko w sypialni było trochę nierówne.

Atutem tego miejsca jest na pewno lokalizacja i podziemny parking. Miejsce parkingowe znajduje się prawie idealnie pod mieszkaniem, co bardzo ułatwia noszenie rzeczy, szczególnie przy dwójce małych dzieci. W bardzo bliskiej odległości sklepy (Lidl, Biedronka, Żabka), restauracje oraz nieco dalej duży park. Mieszkanie na parterze, dobry metraż dla 4 osób. Atutem był taras. Nam osobiście brakowało mikrofalówki, ale wiedzieliśmy o jej braku. Instrukcje zameldowania bardzo czytelne, niemniej chwilę zajęło nam odszukanie mieszkania.
