"Aceptable y con mucho que mejorar."

Lo mejor y más importante de nuestra estancia fue la atención recibida por parte de los gerentes, lograron buscarnos una alternativa habitacional debido a que el aire acondicionado se estropeó y nos facilitaron todo lo posible la estancia en las mejores condiciones. El apartamento era muy grande y tenía plaza de garaje lo cual era indispensable debido a la localización del apartamento.

La cortina de ducha tenía moho. Las almohadas no eran cómodas. El grifo de la cocina no funcionaba correctamente. Lo peor de todo fue que yo mismo sufrí un accidente y me caí por las escaleras debido a que las escaleras del dúplex no estaban correctamente señalizadas, y al intentar encender la luz a oscuras me caí. Por suerte no hubo problemas pero sería de gran ayuda poner algún sistema que facilitara visualizar dónde comienzan las escaleras, incluso sin encender la luz.

Super emplacement pour visiter Séville. Appartement au calme et propre. Le parking est un plus car le stationnement est très cher à Séville

Manque de matériel et matériel vétuste (le grille pain fait sauter les plombs) dans la cuisine. Certaines pièces auraient besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement.

"Veel te duur appartement voor weinig comfort"

Ruim appartement, privé parkeerplaats op de locatie en de bedden waren oké.

Veel dingen niet aanwezig (zoals kopjes voor koffie-apparaat, wijnglazen, drinkglazen, broodplank, broodmes, kurkentrekker) niet werkend (airconditioning, geen warm water = koude douche), lekkage in keuken en badkamer bij normaal gebruik) en slechte staat van onderhoud (kapotte muren, deuren die klemmen, afzuigkap die erbij hangt) ramen die niet goed sluiten..

"Gostei da experiência e da estadia. Forma muito prática de aceder ao apartamento e parqueamento."

Localização muito boa, o fato de ter parqueamento foi ótimo, vários serviços na área como supermercados, restaurantes.

A limpeza do apartamento e o estado de conservação. A torradeira provocava curto circuito quando se ligava.
