The host was responsive and proactive. The elevator didn’t work the first day and they got it sorted right away. The location was very convenient for us because we left Sevilla by train. The showers had amazing water pressure and always hot water.

The flat itself is pretty run down. It wasn’t particularly clean. The rooms were dark and cold, the beds weren’t particularly comfortable (but not bad either). Dishwasher was out of order, there weren’t enough glasses for all four of us.

The apartment was modern with big space, 2 room with 2 toilets. Sofa beds are huge and the place had a lot of restaurants nearby and 2 groceries. Location to Sta Justa station is just 7 mins by foot, no effort. Kitchen had complete amenities. The host was active and always available in helping us.

1) hot water had issues for 2 days :( 2) keys are quite difficult to use, better to provide 2 sets of keys next time since you can only open and close the apartment unit and the main gate using the keys Otherwise, everything was really good. Highly recommended.

If you are traveling with the car it is a good option because there is a garage space in the building. The center is quite near. Easy communication with the host. Very comfortable beds. The apartment is quite large and comfortable for more people.

One basket in the bathroom would be nice. Also the bathroom doors were very hard to close.

Great location with parking included in a lovely neighbourhood 25 mins from old town, shops very close by for food etc

Good location, underground parking, plenty of space for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms,

There were no wastebaskets in both bathrooms, only one big trash can in the kitchen. At the same time it was the only place we stayed, where management demanded to dispose the garbage when we leave. We didn't even know how to dispose a garbage in Spain, so we had to walk around the block until we found a big garbage containers on the next street.

I was surprised to see the ranking, I do believe it deserves more than 7.9! The apartment is very big, with a big plus for the 2 bathrooms! It may not have an updated furniture but between the 2 bathrooms and the furniture, I will always prefer the fact that it is a very large apartment! Very good parking, close to almost all attractions at a walking distance! Also, various supermarkets near the building! I highly recommemd this place.

-It's very noisy in the mornings but from what I've seen so far it's somehow typical for Spain! -There are some basic things it lacks, for longer stays these do matter and it's not even expensive: trash bins in the bathrooms, sugar etc
