Location is great, and really nice customer service

The sofa is in a very poor condition , and that’s not nice. Also there were no curtains and the neighbors were seeing the interior of the apartment all the time. We didn’t have any privacy

The apartment was a good size, the host was helpful and responsive when we had queries (eg wifi code, lack of kitchen equipment).

Apartment was very tatty, it needs a good overhaul - paintwork is chipped and dirty, dining table chipped, sofa not comfy. There was not enough cutlery or crockery even for 4 people. No wine glasses or tea towels, although the host brought them the following day. Couldn't find the wifi password and when we did it's so small you can't read it. Bath switch was so calc'd up unable to switch from shower to bath taps. Dishwasher leaked badly in kitchen while we were out. Location quite far out from main attractions, had to walk a long way. Parking spot extremely tight, thank goodness my husband is a very good driver and we have parking sensors. No view from any rooms, quite dark, unable to see what weather was doing!

The apartment is big and have bedrooms for huge families also. Parking lot is a good advantage.

Rooms were dirty. All kitchen gadgets were not cleaned after usage and put into shelves for us. We had to wait nearly 1 hour in front of the apartment within car, although we had informed them our arrival time as 1810.

Good location to the centre and historical places of interest. Onsite parking that was underground, it kept the car cool and safe. The greeter really tried to help us understand her.

The air con didn't work in 30 degree heat. No coffee or tea supplied at all. No hand soap. The locking system was complicated and the front door was faulty and hard to unlock (needed a shoulder push). The greeter didn't speak English which made it hard to understand so I would recommend Google translator for no Spanish speaking individuals. Not easy to identify the place as there are no signs.
