"Fair for the price"

Good communication with Monica with fast and no problem collection of keys. Nice apartment in a calm building. We chose that location to have no worries with parking and outside noise as its normal in Sevillhe center. It was easy to find in a area with supermarkets and some coffee-houses Rooms with good size. Air conditioned Free Wi-fi

Its quite a nice building but the apartment is a bit neglected. Frames and doors deteriorated, Bathroom with silicone joints coming out etc... Some little easy maintenance would add value and better look to the apartment... Overall it was well equipped but missing basic things as a bin in the bathroom, kitchen towels, bottle opener kitchen appliances etc. Of course is not a big problem but when you plan to stay longer it makes a difference as you need either to go and buy them or adapt...which shouldn't be an issue.
