Very good communication from the host. He met us on site to hand us the keys, explain the parking situation (we paid for one nights parking), and where all of the items were located in the apartment. We really appreciate being allowed to check out thirty minutes late as well. The host also supplied us with some laundry pods, which we appreciate as well! The kitchen was stocked and was enough for us to reheat some simple meals. Overall, the apartment was clean and was fit for my group of five. The apartment is located around 20-25mins walk from the main visitor sites, but is also right along the tram/bus/metro lines, so it was very convenient to get around.

Some shampoo in the bathroom would make it a 10/10!

¡Estancia inmejorable! El piso tiene todo tipo de comodidades y no le falta ni un solo detalle. La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de todo y en una zona muy buena. Gerry fue un anfitrión increíble: puntual, atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa en todo momento. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!. Lo recomiendo.

Nous avons passer un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Notre hôte nous a accueilli chaleureusement dès notre arrivée en nous permettant d’arriver plus tôt. L’appartement très spacieux est moderne, confortable, fonctionnel et climatisé. La propreté est irréprochable. A noter que les lits ont été une bénédiction pour nos dos. Il es situé à proximité du centre (25 mn à pied), des transports et de la Gare (25 mn à pied également). Restaurants et commerces à proximité dont un très bon glacier. Cet appartement est un excellent choix pour séjourner à Séville. Merci à notre hôte pour son efficacité, sa prévenance et sa gentillesse.
