Corazón de Nervión, excelente ubicación, opcion PARKING

Apartmento muito confortável e bem localizado. A garagem é uma grande mais valia. Transportes e supermercados ao virar da esquina.

Bem limpo e completo.

While reading the reviews when I was searching for a place and decided for this one, I was wondering what to expect. Turns out, it's exactly as described in here. Gerry did contact during the whole day to confirm our time to arrive, and was there waiting for us. He is very friendly and was very kind to my son. He gave us some tips about the city, asked how things were going in the next day and so on. The apartment is just as seen in the pictures. Clean, well organized, beds are extremely comfortable, and it has most of the things you could need. In the near area you've got markets, public transport and it's really easy to go to the tourist places. I'll sure be counting staying there when going to Seville again.

El apartamento estaba bien ubicado, a unos 15/20 minutos de la plaza España. Está muy equipado y es perfecto para 6 personas. Incluso tenía lavadora, plancha, aspirador... El propietario, Gerry, muy amable. Te proporciona su WhatsApp para que puedas contactar con él para cualquier duda que te surge. Limpio y amplio ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Our host met us with the keys and showed around his beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Our host left us some cookies and a bottle of water in the fridge which was very welcome. The location was perfect for us and having the tram just across the road really helped us get to the main tourist area. Gerry was a lovely chap who obviously cares about his apartment and his guests. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend.

There was building work going on in a nearby apartment which started at 7.30am but I dont think the owner was aware.

La proximité avec le T1 qui nous emmenait partout vers les plus grandes attractions touristiques !

Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστεί μια οικογένεια. Ο Οικοδεσπότης φιλικότατος και εξυπηρετικός! Μας έδωσε συμβουλές και προτάσεις για την πόλη! Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε βολική περιοχή, 15 λεπτά περπάτημα για το κέντρο της πόλης, αλλά έχει και πολύ κοντά στάση τραμ για να πας εκεί.

We stayed here in beginning of May and Gerry ensured that everything is in place and a comfortable stay for us. We were 5 adults and the place was perfect for us. Convenient location next to tram station. Thanks for making our Seville days beautiful. Allowed us for early check in. Check in and check out was also smooth.

Clean and spacious apartment with very comfortable beds. A perfect place for a couple of days. You can use the parking space under the building and the the host is very nice and helpful. The location is good, you can walk to the city center.
