"Superb"

The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean! The district is close to the city center - 20 minutes on foot from plaza Espana. There is a parking lot in an underground parking. The host responded almost immediately.

The parking lot was extremely tiny, it was very difficult to park there and it was pricy (15 euro/day). The price was explicitly mentioned when I booked, so it wasn't a surprise. And one more thing I didn't like is that I felt stressed to come to the property till 15:30 as the host had to go to work afterwards.

Warm and cozy apartment fully equipped. With everything a traveler needs.

Everything is good. Just a reminder to travelers who has a car. make sure you communicate with host in advance about the location of the underground parking entrance.

"Exceptional"

Close to train station, grocery stores, public swimming pool, buses, and SEVICI bikes to rent. It was super easy to get to the downtown, and we were not in a super touristy place.

The loud truck in the middle of the night. Street sweeper or garbage.

"Wonderful stay!"

We traveled to Sevilla from Barcelona and loved that when we arrived our host Gerry was waiting for us. The apartment is excellent and well appointed and has absolutely everything you need. Excellent washing machine, bathroom, TV, coffee machine. If you need it it has it. We booked the apartment online and I had not realized its max capacity was 6 people and there were 6 of us, thankfully it did not feel small. The apartment is huge and has a wonderful pull out couch that can fit two big guys on it easily.

The only thing we didn't like was that it had one bathroom and one shower but we managed. The parking spot is also on the smaller side. I managed to fit my BMW x5 in there with some difficulty but it fit. It's to be expected in Spain. In the end it was fine, no scratches at all :)
