Un bagno aveva il pavimento con mattonelle staccate e il comò (cassettiera) inutilizzabile perché sporca e alcuni cassetti non si aprivano.

Gute Lage schöne Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht wenn auch etwas viel Verkehr.

Die Sanitäranlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das kleine Bad hat wackelnde Kacheln auch die Küche. Spülmaschine ist unbrauchbar. Das Geschirr kommt dreckiger raus, als es reingetan wurde. Die Spülmaschine müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schmutzig. Die Aussicht ist super und man kann sich gut sonnen. Die Wohnung müsste dringend in Stand gehalten werden. Die Klimaanlage kühlt zwar gut, macht aber Windgeräusche, die man von einer Klimaanlage nicht gewohnt ist. Alles in allem hat es uns dennoch gut gefallen. Es ist ein tolles Duplex Loft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und waren sauber.

Really cool apartment, with all the facilities we needed (2 couples). Roof terrace was really nice feature. Owner was really helpful and on hand if we needed anything. Great value which I’m guessing is because it’s further out of the city (30 min walk to Central) and not the prettiest part of Seville which is the most beautiful city but didn’t matter to us.

Some repairs are needed in both bathrooms, loose floor tiles and shower door.

The location was perfect; just outside of the busy city center but still within a few kilometers from all the activities in the city. The layout of the apartment was perfect. Despite a few cons of the apartment such as the loose bathroom tiles, our stay was perfect. The terrace was a real plus! Also, our host Bruno is very friendly and helpful. He really did his best to make it a nice stay.
