The apartment is in a fantastic position, we enjoyed the layout & decor! The roof top terrace was so welcoming with a cold beer & feet dipped in the pool !after strolling beautiful seville.

Three levels. Spacious. Fairly quiet. Only 5 min walk to the Cathedral.

De accomodatie ligt zeer centraal voor alle bezienswaardigheden. Fijn dat je ook nog lekker buiten kon zitten. Alles was aanwezig voor een verblijf van een paar dagen. Gelukkig was er airco in de slaapkamers. Het was gezellig ingericht. Het ligt in een vrij rustige straat.

Jammer, dat de airco erg veel lawaai maakte in de woonkamer. Er stond wel een ventilator maar was niet genoeg om te koelen. Er waren geen kussens voor de terras stoelen op het dakterras. Alle slaapkamer deuren piepten. Zorg dat alle kleine mankementen verholpen worden, dat is het helemaal top !

Schoon,locatie en airco, wasmachine

Kaal, weinig handdoeken, niet goed werkende vaatwasser en weinig accessoires.

Tolle Lage, schönes großes Haus mit Dachterrasse und Mini Pool.

Küchenausstattung sehr sparsam, Spülmaschine kaputt. Das wurde schon von einigen Mietern bemängelt, wird aber nicht behoben.

Great location, the layout worked well for us, super clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable in Seville. Also the host was really good at communicating and get back to us promptly.

Great location

On arrival it was obvious there had been a recent electrical fire in the kitchen causing extensive damage to the appliances, light fixtures and backsplash. This was confirmed when we checked the most recent reviews posted in the week prior to our trip. We were not made aware of this prior to our stay. We chose this property because we needed a kitchen to sterilise and prepare bottles for our baby. With electrical cords hanging over the stove as well as a kitchen covered in metal shavings and ash, this was not possible. We raised these concerns on day one and were not offered a solution until 40 hours later (we were only staying 3 days). The solution offered (for the damaged and unsafe to cook in kitchen) was to send a maintenance guy over to clean the pool (this was not an issue we had raised and I would have thought was standard between stays as opposed to an ‘extra’ offering). The maintenance man also moved the collapsed extractor fan into the cupboard under the sink. However the kitchen cooking appliances remained covered in ash. Future travellers should be made aware of these issues and given an option to rebook alternative accommodation given the property does not currently have a functional kitchen. The air conditioning unit on the third floor is broken. The ensuite shower leaks onto the floor.

Dans la nuit, un incendie s’est déclenché dans la cuisine, provoqué par une bouilloire de mauvaise qualité qui a pris feu alors qu’elle était branchée. Ma fille, qui dormait sur la banquette-lit dans la cuisine/salle à manger, a heureusement pu s’en sortir indemne. Nous devons ce dénouement à deux éléments : - les fenêtres étaient ouvertes, en raison d’une climatisation insuffisante, ce qui a permis une bonne aération, - les voisins ont donné l’alerte en criant "au feu", nous permettant d’intervenir à temps. Je tiens à souligner que le logement n'était équipé ni de détecteur de fumée, ni d’extincteur, ce qui aurait pu avoir des conséquences dramatiques. J’ai pu maîtriser le feu avant l’arrivée rapide et massive des pompiers. Toutefois, les dégâts sont importants : - la cuisine est entièrement détruite et devra être remplacée,* - le lave-vaisselle était déjà hors service dès notre arrivée, - la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, et il a fallu plus de 24 heures pour qu’un technicien intervienne afin de recharger le gaz. Même après cette intervention, la climatisation principale (cuisine/salon/salle à manger) reste clairement sous-dimensionnée pour la pièce, rendant les nuits très inconfortables. Enfin, la banquette-lit de la salle à manger, utilisée par ma fille, est très vétuste et inconfortable, inadaptée à une utilisation en tant que lit.
