The location was perfect—in the heart of old Sevilla! Apartment was very spacious! The communication with the owners before and during the stay was quick and plentiful! Having a washing machine was very nice. Pillows and the beds were comfy.

There were some items that needed attention upon my arrival. Owners were quick to get them fixed. There was only one garbage can in the entire two-floor apartment. Using a fan in the bedroom helped drown out the noise from the street. Definitely not a place to stay if you want sleep. Caution with the many marble stairs without a hand rail.

1. It could get a little bit of brush up - toilet flush was broken, there could be more cups, there was no sponge to wash the dishes 2. The noisy construction next door starting at 7 am. From the looks of it it’ll take at least another 6 months

The location is great. The townhouse is nicely renovated facility with great potential and a lot of privacy.

It is missing some care. No coffe caps or capsules. Bed is really uncomfortable and bathrooms are extremely small. Some strange sewer smell was present on the living room level.

The best location in Seville! Fantastic spacious town house in a quiet street. Very handy code access and easy check in. Next to all the fantastic restaurants that Seville has to offer ( make sure you try out the little speciality food shop across the road on the right, It has a fantastic little authentic tapas bar at the back ) Super sunny roof terrace great for relaxing after a day’s sightseeing. Very comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Good air conditioning. No English channels on smart tv but we were able to log into Netflix. Lovely kitchen with a new washing machine. Plenty of hot water and good showers if a little small. Plenty of nice white towels. Comfortable bed in main bedroom. The hosts were great, very good communication. Would recommend this town house.

There were a few things that would give this town house a score of 10. When we arrived there were a couple of plates on the drying rack that hadn’t been put away. The cutlery drawer was dirty. There is a severe lack of utensils. There is no way you could cook a meal here. No sieve for draining pasta , no vegetable peeler, no bowls for salad etc, the frying pan unusable. Only 2 mugs for coffee. An espresso coffee machine but no espresso cups. The pool/ tank is tired and ripped. It was dirty when we arrived but the hosts immediately got someone in to clean it as soon as we complained however it would need a cover to keep the dirt and insects out. There are minor repairs in the shower rooms that other guests have mentioned in reviews that still haven’t been attended to. A parasol on the rooftop would be good as it’s too hot to sit during the day. These are simple things that would make a huge difference. .

Spacious, quiet apartment in a great location. Marta shared all of the details and made sure we had what we needed. Great stay!
