10/10 for location! All the main attractions, restaurants, nightlife were within walking distance. There were also some public parking nearby. The apartment was also really nice, modern and spacious and was really well soundproofed even though it was in a somewhat busy area. It was really easy to check-in and out and the communication with the hosts was great. Great that it had 2 bathrooms so we could manage the schedule better between us and had all the necessary amenities like towels and dishes/cuttlery. And the pool, although it is more of a tank, could still fit 3 adults easily and was an amazing feature in the brazing sun of Seville.

Nothing really major but it would've been a nice addition to have some sunshade or umbrella in the roof top. The bathrooms also had a couple of covers missing from the flush toilet, although this didn't bother us or hinder its operation. And the decoration although avant-garde was not very practical, especially in the living room. A note rather than a dislike is that the flat is over 3/4 floors with stairs which may be less ideal for a family with kids or someone with difficulties climbing stairs. Still, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

We LOVED the location. It was so central on a cute, colorful and quiet street full of restaurants, bars and a small grocery store around the corner. We were able to walk everywhere from here. The actual apartment is beautiful and modern. Super vertical so not good for people with mobility issues. We loved having the pool on the rooftop to cool off. The temps reached 44 and the pool and air conditioning kept us cool (except for the second bedroom).

The second bedroom was hot. If it were cool like the primary bedroom and living room area? We would’ve given it a 10.

Photos don't do this place justice. It is lovely with a large roof terrace! And it is really in the centre of everything. Surrounded by bars and restaurants but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms at night.

The location is great, the host was nice, well equiped. Nice coffee maker, coffee prepared.

It was noisy, there are two pubs next to the apartment. The main door has holes on it, so not only the sounds come trough, but also cigarette smoke. There were lot of non working items, like the second shower was clogged, wifi was extremly slow, hot tub was dirty. The apartment is in three soreys, lot of stairs, the daughters enjoyed that, me not too much. Ants everywhere in the kichen.

The customized code made access super easy even after a delayed flight, the beds and air conditioner made the apartment super comfortable

A few supplies were missing, causing a quick run to the market, plunge pool on rooftop was really too dirty to use despite the autocleaner, but really either was not a big deal for us
