Amazing property - full house with terrace on the roof was all ours! Very nice location - just in the center but in nice quite street. A supermarket Carrefour is just 100m away. As it is just in the center - so lots of fast foods and nice typical restaurants and coffee shops are just around the corner. House has 2 flours with bathroom on each and terrace on the roof with nice sitting and small pool for summer time. Kitchen is modern and has good equipment - just all you need. Very good WiFi, big TV, nice sitting in the living room with lots of space. Host was very nice, helpful and communication was fast and pleasant. We really liked our stay and can fully recommend to all to stay there. If we visit Sevilla in the future - we definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is in a excellent location, shop was around the corner and very close to everything you need. The decor is very nice even though could use some TLC in some areas. We were able to leave our bags before check in as we had an early flight. The use of a code was good because that meant we didn't need to share keys, allowed more freedom for the group. Wifi was very good. Smart TV- with netflix and other such apps.

We left the bags before check in while flat was being cleaned, but when we came back the door was wide open and the cleaner nowhere to be seen- with our bags on full display into the street! There are two showers/bathrooms- description should mention that the second bathroom-shared one, is on another level to the bedrooms and it's located in the lounge, not the most convenient. Both bathrooms had their flush mechanisms broken- one the whole panel was completely off. Both showers flooded each time we used it- we had to buy drain unblocker which seemed to help a little, but the basins seem to be very shallow and as such water isn't draining fast enough and goes everywhere. The first time the water went even into the bedroom. The neighborhood is very noisy, the apartment windows are very old and does not offer any sound control at all. Our double bed only had 1 single cover blanket- we traveled end of October so was quiet chilly- there was no extra blankets/pillows/sheets or towels anywhere in the flat. The bed sheet for the double bed had a stain on it, not ideal. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher but not a single tablets/washing powder in sight- so had to spend money to buy it. There is tea/coffee facilities but no teaspoons! how odd? Toaster- very very old. Flat description showed 2 sofas in the lounge but when we arrived there was 1 sofa and 2 dining style chairs- when we travel we spend time in the flat so it was not comfortable to sit and watch a movie with the kids. Overall for the price I think there are better places to stay, if you travel for 1/2 nights you will be fine but not for 5 nights and not with family.

Location is great, bang in the centre.

Sometimes noisy as the building next door was under refurbishment.

Very central to all the tourist attractions and the plunge pool was great !! Very good communication and very accommodating, we would definitely stay again !!!!

Location was excellent!

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the bars. I wouldn’t count it as a bed.
