Kannattaa tutustua tarkoin ympäristöön ennen alueelle saapumista - kadut kapeita, mutta p-halli ok ja kohtuu lähellä. Sadekeli sotki suunnitelmamme. Hyvä pyykkinone.

Eerst bij aankomst een bewoner die tegen B&B gebruik is en allerlei dreigementen uitte. Zeer onprettig. Daarna een huis wat zeer slecht schoongemaakt was (vuile vaat, machine onder etensresten, huis niet aan kant en erger geen schoongemaakte bedden. Zelfs het servies in de kasten was vies. Meerdere voetafdrukken op een deur, waarom vraag je je af. De volgende dag is er wel een schoonmaak herstelploeg geweest, maar enkel voor een aantal punten. Verdere schoonmaak heeft niet plaatsgevonden ...al met al jammer en doet een aantal dagen Sevilla geen goed.

Unfortunately we could not use the pool as the bottom was green and slimy Shell. The cleaning could be better

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Le petit plus la petite piscine sur le toit avec son petit salon de jardin. Très agréable le soir après nos visites de Séville par 36°.Réactivité du propriétaire pour obtention du code wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Merci pour les petites attentions ( capsules de café, sachets de thé et sachets de sucre). De même que le pack de serviettes de bain complet ( douche, toilette et bain piscine). Appartement équipé de 3 climatisations (2 chambres et salle a manger). Merci pour tout. Nous conseillerons et reviendrons avec plaisir. La place de parking gratuite appréciable à 300 mètres de l'appartement.

Garage and location not far from city center

The location and layout might be fine, but the lack of hygiene made my experience very disappointing. I hope the property takes these issues seriously and improves for future guests. Upon arrival, I discovered visible mold in the bedroom and inside the air conditioning unit, which was also covered in thick dust. This raised major health concerns, especially as the AC circulates air directly into the room. I contacted host immediately addressing this issue, I was assured that they were not aware of mold presence in the flat. However I doubt it since I found out there was a review from few days back showing mold on exact same location as I have found. I hope host and booking would take appropriate actions to ensure that property is safe to stay. In current state property is not suitable for safe and comfortable stay.
