We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. One of the bedrooms had visible humidity stains all over the walls and a strong smell of mould. Our little one slept in that room and woke up coughing in the morning, which was very concerning. What made the situation worse was that the agency only informed us of this issue hours before check-in—far too late for us to make alternative arrangements. Despite the condition of the room, no discount or compensation was offered. Paying over €300 per night for an apartment in this state is simply unacceptable. While the rest of the apartment may have been fine, this health concern and lack of transparency significantly impacted our overall experience. I would not recommend staying here unless the issue is properly addressed.

Great location, very clean, host was fantastic in answering questions and allowing us to check in and out slightly early. Really clear communication throughout, comfortable stay with supermarket and bakery close by.

Beautiful and clean property located perfectly to reach main attractions in Sevilla! The host were supportive all the time, ensuring we had no issues. Mini pool on the rooftop was a nice addition too! Recommended 10/10!

The apartment was very clean and welcoming inside. Beds were comfortable, air con was very good, roof terrace a nice addition, host very responsive.

Roof terrace could do with some TLC! Not as attractive as the pictures make it look. Pool really is a small splash pool and tiles could have done with a good scrub but we did dip our toes to cool us down and was a welcome addition on the hot days. Just felt rather neglected on the terrace. Steps up to pool felt unsafe, although we did not suffer any accidents! There were insufficient towels for 3 nights, just one per person and no pool towels or wine glasses provided. However, a quick call to the host, and these were delivered to the apt by time we returned from our day out. Also had a power failure which again, host talked us through to find the trip switch in the fuse box.
