Big dining room and kitchen. Very nice and comunicative landlord. Good breakfast. Parking. Close to bus stop.

We were in February so needed good heating. However the dining room and kitchrn were heated by gas heater so can not be left for night when somebody was sleeping there.

The decoration and the well equipped kitchen. The parking place if you have a car. They left us a lot of things for breakfast.

1. The location. You have to walk 15 minutes in a bad neighborhood to reach the metro station. You better don't do it at night. At the same time the access by bus is limited only to plaza espana. If you want to go to the other side of the center you have to change 2 bus lunes. 2. The living room and kitchen was cold and remained cold as it has an AC that is operating only for cool mode (summer). There is a tiny electrical radiator and a gas heating mobile appliance, but they are really not enough at all during the winter. 3. The apartment is located next to the hofhway and is always noise.

If you travel in the area the location is great right next to the motorway, to visit Seville itself the place is a little far off

The apartment is indeed spacious, super clean and the bus stop is just a few steps from the backside door. The owner was very kind, flexible, and responsive.

It isn't very modern but it's fully equipped and clean which makes up for it.

Very hospitable host. Apartment is spacious and has everything. We had a parking place, we were very close to motorway which was OK since we were on a car tour.

Location is not close to the city center, but has got good connections via public transportation. Some things in the apartment are little bit worn out.

Large apartment, the included breakfast was a generous supply of fresh rolls, sliced turkey, jams, crackers, coffee, etc. Well equipped kitchen. Bus stop to center is nearby and the metro is ten minutes away. Friendly and responsive owner

The apartment is next to a busy and noisy freeway. The constant roar diminishes somewhat at night but can still be heard in the bedrooms. The double beds are against one wall on the side, meaning that if the person next to the wall needs to get out they disturb the other. The neighborhood is not attractive and far from the center.

The apartment has a good size, even if the bedrooms are small. It offers secure parking underground and a breakfast which include coffy, yoghurt, jam, butter, bread, ham and pastry. Check in and check out, easy. Very good communication with the host, Belen, who waited us with the keys and provided data how to go to the center (bus stop at 5 minutes from apartment, bus no. 52 with last station San Bernardo at 10-15 minutes to Plaza Espana, 20-25 minutes travel) and about the supermarkets near (Mercadona and DIA). Easy access to the highway.

It is located near a noisy boulevard, amplified by the fact that the windows/door do not seal properly. Probably, for this reason, the costs for heating / cooling are higher. The apartment need to be refresh and more maintenance.

The host is very caring. Arranged breakfast, although it was not included.

Only few properties have their own garage in Seville. I didn't use the parking of the property, the entrance was narrow, therefore, I couldn't attempt to enter. ( I am not a good driver)
