The garden apartment

1. Owners of the Garden Apt are perfection. So kind and helpful, even bought us non-alcolholic champs for theatre night at Minack Theatre. Love love loved her. 2. Location is fantastic. A very short walk to big Tesco. A very fit walk to town to dinner and entertainment. Driving distance to St Michael's Mount, Lands End, etc 3. Garden Apt itself is such a Zen place, I'd happily have stayed forever 4. Top tips: check out very single shop but don't buy anything till last evening and eat cornish ice cream and go on the Blue Thunder rib!!!!

1. I broke her crystal flute so DK bought her four more, admittedly inferior, glasses. We did look for crystal but couldn't find it. I left the apt as clean as possible to minimise her workload.

Dee and Jim were such lovely people, very considerate and kind with the little touches upon arrival at the accommodation and on my birthday I was given a card and chocolates which was extremely thoughtful and generous of them. The accommodation was fabulous, clean, tidy and very very comfortable bed with great garden views. The location was accessible to both St Ives town and Carbis Bay with a scenic walk way. I highly recommend Dee and Jim's garden apartment it was like a home away from home.

Needs a lick of paint for next season.The garden needs to be cut back a bit to let more sun light through.

Excellent location walking distance to St Ives, clean and spacious. Lovely private garden, good parking facilities.

Homely and comfortable, fully equipped and nice to have a welcome package of tea, coffee and Biscuits on arrival , the local pub was only 100yards away and served. great food.

Garden overgrown and not really usable

Brilliant location 10-15 min walk to Carbis Bay and St Ives which both have amazing beaches! Jimmy and Dee were great hosts and even treated our dog to two chews! They were informative about the local area also! Compact everything you needed! Comfy bed!

Clean facilities but would benefit from a more thorough deep clean but I appreciate this is difficult between customers! A dishwasher would be great if they chose to update things in the future.

Excellent value -the kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is really comfortable and it’s an easy stroll into St Ives and back. Parking is a really bonus.

The location,was fab,beaches,bars,restaurants,places to visit .Great for dogs.jimmy was a fab host ,very informative,places to go and see.
