The garden apartment

Lovely apartment , just perfect for my first solo trip Clean, great locations and welcoming host .

Excellent location with private parking. Lovely couple who welcomed us and we're very hospitable. The apartment had every facility.

Could have cleaned a little more thoroughly as we found the apartment smelt of dogs and dog hair on tables and sofa. But having said that, it is a dog friendly apartment.

The location was perfect for our needs Especially being able to have our dog with us ..cosy pretty little apartment ,enclosed garden Helpful friendly welcome from Jimmy ,there if we needed anything ,Lovely pub Cornish Arms within 2 mins friendly with lovely surrounding and great foiod Close to Carbis bay Tescos ,off rd private parking A very enjoyable two nights away Thankyou to Jimmy and Dee .

Only thing we found was difficult for parking near the beach for disabilities ideal if you can walk with no problem but not so good if your mobility is limited this is nothing to do with the Garden Apartment but the area ..Can spoil things for people like me with mobility issues.

We had a great stay at the garden apartment! It was comfortable with everything we needed for a 3 day break with our dog. The location was perfect for us, as we could walk to the coastal path and go to Carbis Bay or St Ives within about 20 mins or so, was also close to a Tesco and a nice little pub with beer garden. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We even had a birthday card for my partner left on the doorstep for us! Would definitely stay again. Light, Spacious, Well Equipped set in a lovely garden. Close to St Ives in a perfect setting with its own Parking. Jimmy and Dee were great hosts.

This is our 4th stay which says it all really. The garden apartment is ideally located between St Ives and Carbis Bay. We walk to and from St Ives but you can take the bus back from St Ives as there is a bus stop near the Cornish Arms, not far from the apartment. There is a parking space which is a bonus in this area. It is very clean and well appointed but homely at the same time. Dog friendly as well. Jim and Dee are very friendly hosts and no doubt we will visit again soon.

This is not an apartment, it is adjoined to hosts house. Said allowed to leave dog in room, 30 mins later Dee calls saying he’s barking, come back to see him barking at the door the connects their house as he could hear them eating dinner and talking. We thought it was a private apartment, it is not! Abit of black mould on ceiling in bathroom, lots of cracks in tiling. Overall not what you think it is. We felt uncomfortable.
