The garden apartment

Perfect location for our needs (wedding at Carbis Bay hotel). Quiet but only a few hundred yards from Tesco for essentials. Lovely hosts who kept us informed about check-in and also gave us tips on travel and places to eat. Off-road parking so car was safe.

Lovely, spacious one bed apartment. Real home from home with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Great little outside space. Coastal path into St Ives centre just opposite. Host Dee was very welcoming and gave us some great tips. Wonderful find, excellent value for money, would definitely recommend.

Reasonably private, with parking

Difficulty finding the property as only the apartment name was provided not the street name, so Google maps couldnt locate it. Had to contact the host.

Spacious, generally clean & comfortable, good facilities, lovely garden and easy access to beach and St Ives. Tesco within easy walking distance. Owners full of information but over eager to help.

Cups were dirty, damp around the top of the walls, also around the kettle socket! Distinct smell of damp from the crockery cupboard. Kettle was also faulty but replaced quickly. A dust pan and brush/mop would be useful along with a bread knife. Noise via interconnecting door to owners accommodation. It would benefit from soundproofing. Less information/interruptions preferable.

Noises from a joining house no garden as it was over grown couldn’t sit out cluttered with someone’s junk. It needed a deep clean .up dated .The bed was un comfortable.As we use booking .com a lot we were very disappointed the standard of this property’s .

Freddie & Dee were very welcoming and full of information. Location was perfect, able to leave the car and use public transport and of course our legs! The garden surrounded us and became part of the rooms. Felt very tropical.

More cutlery and side plates please, says the washer upper.!
