The garden apartment

Beautiful apartment 1/2hr coastal walk to St Ives. We only stayed for 1 night, would definitely stay again on our next visit to Cornwall. Jimmy and Dee lovely thoughtful hosts. Thank you for the milk tea and biscuits .

Nothing to dislike at all

Great location with a 25 minute walk down the scenic coastal path to St Ives & about the same to Carbis Bay ..we like the exercise, so that suited us just fine. Very nice comfortable spacious apartment, with its own small garden & on site parking. Tesco is just a 5 minutes walk away .The hosts Jimmy & Dee were very friendly & offered suggestions as to places for us to visit. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful very clean and had all the facilities you need.

Nothing only having to come home

The apartment has everything you need and nice outside area to sit and fenced so great for the dog. The location was excellent next door to a lovely pub and short drive or walk into st Ives and tesco at the end of the road. Carbis bay and the train into st Ives from there is worth a visit.

Jimmy was very welcoming ! We had everything we needed for a fabulous stay, perfect location quiet , comfortable and close to amenities. Highly recommend this apartment to everyone .

Fantastic owners who greeted us personally and left us a bottle of wine and some delicious treats and went out of their way to make our stay a perfect one and had a car park.

Jimmy made our stay a very pleasurable one and if we needed anything it was no problem for him.Apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.Only 1.5 miles away from St.Ives go only took us around half hour to walk to the centre. Parking accessability was Ok and where the apartment was located in the property was very secure .

Location was excellent and the Hosts Dee and Jimmy were very friendly and helpful. Dee was there to meet us on our arrival and the property was clean and available to us - we mistimed our journey and arrived early but this was no problem. An excellent property if you have a dog as there is a small private garden. On site parking is a huge benifit in St. Ives. The property is light and bright and even though it's near a main road it was quiet. A bus stop is across the road. A Tesco is 5 mins walk away. A good local pub is 2 mins walk away and serves decent well priced food.
