IL RUSTICO UNO a Bugnara nella Valle del Sagittario

Ci è piaciuto TUTTO. La casa era dotata di tutti i confort : zanzariere, stoviglie in abbondanza e un super frigorifero. I proprietari veramente accoglienti. C'è un giardino ben attrezzato con Barbecue, amaca, dondolo, tavolino e copertura. Tutto molto curato. Veramente complimenti !! 💯

If you're looking for a nice property with outside space, this is it. Outside of town so you definitely need a vehicle to get around but parking on site and an easy drive to Sulmona, the Gorges, and National Parks. I arrived earlier than expected and the owner was able to meet me and give me the keys and information about the home. The owner also kept the pellet stove stocked with pellets and regularly came around to clean it so no issues to me. Kitchen and table with 2 chairs so I could easily prepare my own breakfast (or other meals if I wanted to do so) and eat there. Spacious living room. Good wifi for use. Owner had no problems

The driveway is down, then up over a concrete bridge for the railroad tracks and then further down to the on site parking space. Due to the rain, I was worried about ice so I parked on the higher parking spot (before the bridge) so there is a 50 m walk down to the house. Only an issue due to the season. Note that the property is near railroad tracks.

Very comfortable and clean home and friendly host. It is in a quiet and green spot and there is a 1-minute drive on a private road to reach the road to Sulmona, which is 5-10 minutes away. Therefore it is a convenient spot to explore the whole area. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, but note mattresses are pretty firm, not soft.
