La Perla Apartments

The appartment is about a 20 minute walk from the town of Sutivan. The beach is a few minute walk and it is nice but busy. The swimming pool is lovely and there are sun loungers around it to use. The aircon is good. Sutivan is a lovely town and has lots of places to eat. We were there for Victory Day which was nice as there were bands and things going on for celebrations.

The area the apartment is in is starting to get built up and the view out of the balcony is an unkept area. The beds weren't very comfortable and the fans in the bedrooms were extremely noisy so we couldn't use them. The bathroom is ok but quite small. Wifi is terrible.

Lots of space and good facilities in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and made for a very pleasant stay. Lovely views from The balcony and we liked the fact it was a walk to town (around 15 minutes along the coast). The bathroom was a bit small, but had what we needed. Great to have the option of the pool, lovely beaches also close by. If coming from Split would recommend the faster passenger ferry direct to Sutivan. We got the car ferry (as foot passengers) and getting from Supertar wasn’t the easiest - expensive taxis but we got the bus which isn’t very frequent. Thank you for a lovely stay. The host was very helpful although we didn’t need much during our stay it had all we needed.

The beds could have been more comfortable as the mattress was a bit thin.

The apartment was very dark and dated. Needed to be brightened up! Think we got the old apartment!

Host very welcoming. Flat spotless, spacious and cool, great view from the balcony, short walk to beach and town. Kids loved the pool more than the beach!!

Wifi intermittent but that was a bonus - got the kids off their smartphones!! You don’t need a car if you don’t plan on going far but be careful - the taxi drivers at the port will take advantage and there is no Uber here. Wait for the bus or prebook. Taxi more expensive here than in London!!

Large apartment with well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning and a stunning patio. The beach is at 4 minutes walk. There's also a private parking in front of the apartment. Liliana is an attentive host and very reactive.

The insects were merciful. We've got devoured by mosquitos both inside and outside.

Very lovely apartment with big balcony. Public areas very well cleaned, nice pool area and washing maschine available as well. Beautiful beaches within 5-10 minute walking distance.

Apartment is excellent, everything is clean, and the staff were very friendly. It is also very close to the beach and a 15-minute walk to downtown. You have everything you need.

As rooms lack air conditioning, it's difficult to maintain privacy and stay cool. The living room needs to have the air on and fans should be running in every room in order to sleep cool. The pillows were too flat, lack filling - as well. WiFi is really bad. Roaming was also bad in Sutivan, so maybe it has to do with the quality of the whole place. I used my roaming all the time. It worked better than the WiFi.

Great location and really nice apartment with all the facilities needed for a family holiday and extras such as a grill outside and washing machine. Pool was great and beach across the road. The town is very nice in the evenings with live music in the square and plenty of restaurants.
