La Perla Apartments

Fantastic apartment so close to beautiful beach and only ten minutes walk along the seafront to the town. The apartment itself is gorgeous with a roof terrace that is out of this world.

No negatives although maybe a little bit more kitchen work top space would have been nice. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities other than making sandwiches.

The place is great, modern apartment, swimming pool, shared space in the backyard with tables, refrigerator, barbecue, kitchen equipment. Close to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the town. Liliana, the owner, greeted us warmly, a very nice person who cares about the comfort of the guest.

Nothing really to complain about.

Pleasant accommodation in a quiet location near the coast. Clean and well-equipped apartments with well maintained swimming pool. Recommended for families. Ms Bojić is a perfect host, always ready to help. Thank you for everything.

I can’t recommend La Perla Apartments enough! My family and I have been returning here every summer, and this place is the perfect spot for a family or group vacation. The apartments are sparkling clean, well-maintained, and come with all the amenities you could need. The pool is a fantastic, providing a perfect place to relax and have fun. The host is exceptionally welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. If you’re looking for a wonderful place in Sutivan, La Perla Apartments is amazing! We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Liked absolutely everything

Apartment was great location to the beach and a short walk into town. Patio, balcony, and bbq area, plus pool with hanging "egg chairs" provided lots of opportunity to be outside and all were awesome!

It is not a hot tub, but rather a cold whirlpool fyi.

Clean and nice apartmant, near to the beach. Very kind and helpful staff. Pool is clean and big. Absolutely amazing place.
