City & Coast Swansea Home Sleeps 7

I really liked the house. Big, comfortable, just the way we wanted. I loved it for a week.

Was not told about it on a big hill also high steps going up to house it smelt of damp spidered in all rooms quilt stained could not use freezer section of fridge because it was iced up really bad advertised as a apartment but is is a run down house

Upstairs bedrooms were nice

Bathroom was awful, floor by toilet flooded everytime we had a shower, toilet seat and push button broken, stairs banisters dangerously low, awful smell in downstairs bedroom, floors dirty, cushion covers dirty, kitchen fridge and cooker didn’t work properly, altogether very disappointed, won’t be returning.

Location was nice

The house was not secure. Windows locks were broken, so we could not leave the house unattended toaster was not working properly and there was black mould in the kitchen above the fridge which was not good for our health at all, there was no cleaning utensils that were fully functional for us to clean the house with and the whole house was very dusty and stunk of mould and damp it was not good at all

useless property

Got all the necessities (hairdryer, fridge, washing machine dryer, smart TV in all room, Wi-Fi)

Clean and tidy

The light was broken in the living room leaving my children to eat in the dark
