Dicen q hay obras lo cual es cierto y es claro. Pero dicen q hay Piscina y NO ESTÁ ABIERTA NI LO VA A ESTSE EN MUCHO TIEMPO. Por lo tanto miente de manera descarada y eso debería estar penalizado por booking, como yo habrá clientes q viajen con niños y busquen el alojamiento con filtros y si el dueño sabe q no hay piscina no lo debe poner como algo q su apartamento tiene es MENTIR. Adicional cuando llegue no había agua después de un viaje de 7 horas en coche y 40 grados no te puedes duchar u el propietario ofrece un descuento en tu próxima estadía , como si uno pudiese volver a capricho . Nice apartment in great location , near the beach bars and shops and good Aircon in the bedroom really helps id stay again

El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba. El sofá cama muy muy incómodo, no vale ni para niños pequeños, como era nuestro caso.

El apartamento muy acogedor, totalmente limpio y muy próximo a la playa y a 10 minutos caminando de una cala hermosa. Volveremos!

Upon arrival it was apparent that we could not stay in the apartment, we contacted the owner and he was very helpful, he accepted that we couldn’t stay there and offered us a full refund. But dealing with booking.com are a nightmare to get a refund from that’s for a different review. Other than issues with the building and the door not shutting so not secure the apartment itself was clean and would have been perfect if we could have stayed there! I give the owner a 10 for communication and he has been helping me since.

The building is like a building site the door at the front actually said do not enter without a hard hat. The building was not habitable, the building work that was going on was not safe, we opened the front door and couldn’t shut it again, so we could not stay there as it was not safe. There was a huge patch of mould on the wall near the door, the rest of the apartment looks clean but as we where unable to stay there as it was not safe I have no other comments about it.

The location was perfect close to beach the apartment was exactly as in pictures Mariana was extremely helpful with anything we asked . Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay . Artur the owner and Mariana were extremely helpful when we encountered a problem and went above and beyond to sort if for us which we very much appreciated .Artur genuinely cares his renters are happy which is rare and should be commended

The ongoing building work although this is beyond the control of the apartment owner and we were aware of it prior to arriving we were shocked at although the work is to exterior of the building inside the building felt very much like a construction site .
