Swimming pool area clean and tidy

No bed linen for second week. Place covered in ants,had to buy ant powder. Two sink plugs missing . Patio furniture in very poor condition

The apartment was lovely

The staffs harassment was unbelievable it totally ruined our holiday. Booking.com in Benidorm did not provide is with passes and this.lead to our holiday from hell

These were the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Better that photo. Present delicious rose wine and sweets. Clean, in perfect condition. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning, hot water. 2 swimming pools and 4 jacuzzis on site. Incredible sea views from the bedroom and from the terrace. Near the sea, 15 minutes walk to the old town. Perfect place, I recommend.
