View is amazing house was really nice and clean.

Just a suggestion needs aircon electric fan doesnt help but I think during winter it is cold its just we are there for summer season and we couldnt sleep with the heat. With parking just an advice rent a small car its hard to park our car wont fit at the parking and we have to look for street parking

Positives: --The balcony is the highlight. Large and has an incredible view of the lake --Nice, clean apartment with a large living room and kitchen --pretty and quiet neighborhood --Yury was fantastic. We elected to have him pick us up and drop us off from the train station for 20 euros each way, and he gave us a tour of the town. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and he even gave us a complementary bottle of wine --washer in the unit (although we did not use it) Things to know: --This is in an adjacent neighborhood to Varenna, about a 30 minute walk from Villa Monastero (which is on the edge of Varenna). It is a nice neighborhood, and there is a restaurant close by, but you should expect to have to walk to and from Varenna, with hills to get up into the neighborhood. You can cut the walk in half by taking the train, but it only comes once an hour. We enjoyed the walk (it is along Lake Como after all) --No ac. We opened the windows at night and it was cool Overall, we really enjoyed this experience. We enjoyed breakfast and wine in the evenings out on the balcony with an amazing view, and we were in Varenna/Bellagio/Menaggio during the days. If you are happy with walking and understand it is not in the city center, you will have a great time

Great appartment with amazing view on the lake. Large guest room and comfortable bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom. View from the balcony is actually breathtaking and you can say that you are viewing the iconic postcard image of the Lake Como while sitting on the balcony. Apartment is located a little bit far from the main train station but the owner meet us and transported to the destination by car. Also most of the tourist destinations and city center are around 20 mins by foot. Owner is also very friendly and helpful person, ready to answer every question and request we had. Definitely recommend this and will come back as soon as possible

Great views from the living room and terrace, very clean and spacious accommodation. Highly recommended for a stay in Varenna!

Everything was perfect, we had a car so there was no problem with getting to the town.

Beautiful view. Safe, clean and Yury was super hospitable and kind.

You could hear outside noise and neighbours quite a bit.
