The property has everything you need for a short or long stay, with unbelievable views of the lake. Sina, the host, is extremely helpful and pleasant and will assist you wherever possible.

"It was perfect and would highly recommend!"

Stunning apartment, with one of the best view's in Varenna. The host was so kind, attentive and offered various local suggestions. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best sleep on our trip. Breakfast is included from the cafe downstairs.

There was some noise from the bar downstairs but it didn't impact our enjoyment

"Great location with an excellent host. Included breakfast was excellent and dining on the waterfront"

Location on the water with an excellent view. Close to resturant and the piazza in Verranna. Very short walk to anything you need. Groceries, Laundry, bakeries etc.

You have to be fit because there are stairs. It didn’t bother us but if I had to pick something it would be that. You could hear on occasion late night talking from resturant. Sounded like the people closing the resturant. Not a showstopper but it is a consideration.

Everything about the property was spectacular. The host, Sina, went above and beyond in every regard - storing our bags, recommending things to do and places to go, making reservations. He truly made our trip! Location was the best in Varenna, room was large and immaculate, and breakfast at Bar il Molo was incredible. Overall, could not recommend this place more and can’t wait to go back.

"Great place, great host - we will be back!"

It was in the best location, right above the cute shopping area and the water, and had a great view of the lake and mountains. Sina was an absolute sweetheart of a host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and gave us great recommendations.

A few very late guests at the bar below that were a little noisy, but it didn’t last long. Overall, no complaints.

Good views from the balcony of the lake. Sina was prompt in responses and gave good suggestions of the area.

Can be a tad noisy because the accommodation was above a bar but noise stopped at a reasonable time.
