Amazing location, perfect apartment for our requirements. Lovely host Sina who helped us from before we arrived in Italy to going home.

Needs full length mirror in bedroom area, out of the bathroom.

L’emplacement de l’appartement situé en face du lac, la beauté et le confort de l’appartement, l’accueil chaleureux de l’hôte (Sina) et sa grande disponibilité pour toute question, le bar au pied de l’appartement où on prenait un petit déjeuner très généreux

Le seul point est la salle de bain à l’étage de l’appartement qui manque de luminosité et de rangement, moins confortable que le reste de l’appartement

Host Sina was wonderful and very accommodating. He provided recommendations to local points of interest and restaurants. We were given a fresh fruit plate on arrival. The view from the balcony was amazing of the water, mountains and town. Location is perfect! Breakfast is at the beautiful restaurant area below the property and was delicious !!!

L’emplacement le design et la grandeur de l’appartement

Pour y accéder très pentu beaucoup escaliers et quand il pleut ça glisse !!! L’ambiguïté de l’annonce qui parle d’un parking à 20 par nuit ( 22h -6h ) et 34 euros la journée ça c pas mentionné. Sinon on nous parle de places gratuites sur les lignes blanches : non les amendes sont de 42 e !!! Divina appartement se la joue grand standing sauf que les employés fument devant la porte et ça pue à l’intérieur ! L’appartement n’a pas de double vitrage et c très bruyant en dessous ( passage et bar et déchargement le matin tôt : boules quies obligatoires ) Certains employés du bar Molo qui servent le petit déjeuner sont désagréables … enfin peut être que c’est l’ambiance générale du lac de Côme !! Heureusement Sina qui nous accueille est très pro et très gentil .

אהבנו מאד את הדירה עם המרפסת הקטנה המשקיפה לאגם קומו. השהייה היתה מאד נעימה בעיקר בזכות סינה שעשה מעל ומעבר על מנת שיהיה לנו נעים ונוח. אנחנו מאד ממליצים על המקום .

We loved EVERYTHING! Everyone needs to stay at this property. Staying right on the lake was such a dream. We sat on our balcony all day. Our host Sina greeted us with a fruit plate and was so incredibly helpful from the start! There is also a wine shop (with tastings/pairings of local wines), olive oils, a cafe, bar, and restaurant all right there, owned by the same delightful staff. They truly made our trip what it was! Breakfast was included. We stayed in their loft apartment and it was very clean and again, the views were unbeatable. We can’t say enough great things about Sina and the rest of the staff. He gave us recommendations for food, ferries, attractions and more. We were able to text him at any point with any of our needs. Highly recommend for couples!

We had an excellent stay at the Divina Vita apartment in Varenna. The apartment itself is exceptional—clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a stunning view over Lake Como that truly elevates the experience. Sina, our host, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, he provided excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner, as well as valuable insights into the main attractions in Varenna. His support made our visit seamless and far more enjoyable. We highly recommend both the apartment and Sina to anyone planning to visit Varenna. A truly memorable stay.

Lokalizacja! Widok! Apartament

The location is very strategic, right by the pier and overlooking the lake. It is located at a charming little town where everyone knows everyone and you can find great products from local grocery store. Most importantly though, Sina, the hospitality manager was really really helpful - he helped arrange travel options for us, brought our luggages, solved minor problem when the hot water was turned off, provided great list of restaurants and boat rent options.

Nothing, the only thing I regret was my time there was too short
