"Posizione e prezzo fantastici…"

L’appartamento si trova nel centro storico in una posizione più che ottima. È possibile parcheggiare a pagamento e non fuori dalle mura storiche. L’appartamento è vivibile perfetto per chi non ha troppe pretese e si vuol vivere la città a pieno.

La pulizia della casa lascia un pochino a desiderare.. ma comunque si può migliorare!

Well, it will give you the feeling of antique place. very nice place for the price. Transports are very convenient. In anyone driving there try to take small car, because roads traditionally small.

Parking facilities a bit challenging but there is many paid places in 5 minutes walk

Massima disponibilità del Sig.Vittorio ..a risolvere eventuali problematiche (tipo parcheggio e soluzioni logistiche in loco nonchè consigli utili a percorsi da turista e similari. Il tutto , oltre all'aspetto umano , ben oltre ogni più rosea previsione. L'immobile offerto in perfetto stato d'ordine e pulizia, presenta una posizione alquanto allettante per visitare e godere la cittadina. previsto già da ora un prosimo ritorno...grazie grazie

"INDECENTE!!"

Indecente . TUTTO. Sporco ovunque, capelli , sporcizia orribile ovunque. È Terrificante affittare un appartamento in queste condizioni, non dovrebbe essere permesso dalla legge italiana!!!! Bagno con Box doccia rotto, rugginoso, dire sporco è poco, porta a soffietto del bagno completamente spaccata con chiodi di fuori dal legno e dal muro, i vetri delle finestre rotti, sportelli dei mobili spaccati, sporcizia ovunque lavello addirittura con la patina dell'acqua ristagnante e il sudicio vecchio di non so quanto. Piano cottura rugginoso e lercio. Materasso con molle di fuori, uno schifo totale!! Indecente , non c'è altro aggettivo Ho le foto di tutto quanto, una roba così mai vista, spaventoso!
