Location great! The interior of the apartment is cozy, and lovely!

The bed could be more comfortable. One of the sides had sort of a whole on the mattress.

"Conveniently located, clean, comfortable appartment with character."

The property is quiet, clean, central and very close to Porta Romana rail station. It is conveniently located for restaurants, supermarkets and the centro storico. The host is very accommodating and friendly. Facilities are generally good and the decor is quite rustic - solid wooden roof beams, some brick work decor in keeping with the medieval character of the city. On the whole advantages outweigh disadvantages.

The hot water is intermittent and it would be helpful to have instructions for idiosyncracies of some appliances e.g. TV. The appartment is in the loft and some light switches inconviently located.
