Modern Newly-built Home by the New York Cafe

Close to the metro, shops, new, secure building. Equipped kitchen, quiet, easy check-in.

Although the building is new and of high quality, the apartment was not at the same level. I found the toilet bowl extremely dirty, same was the sofa, full of animal hair. The attached photos say it all. The cleaning was only done superficially. The bed sheets were old, with holes and full of lint, not the most pleasent feeling for a good sleep. I chose this apartment because of the good reviews it received, but these were not confirmed. The funny part is that the next clients will enjoy the cleanliness, they will give high marks on my work, although the owners are extremely lax. Ironic, right? Also the terrace was full of spider webs, but we left those there, leaving in peace and multiply. I could have made a fuss, a scandal, but we were tired and with a kid. I saw that there was a vacuum cleaner in the house and I preferred to clean it myself, so that I could have peace of mind. If this is how they treat their guests, this is the grade they deserve.

It was clean, comfortable, close to the shops and yet far enough not to be noisy.

No cable TV, but that seems to be the case in many places in Europe.

Nice apartment in new building.

Strong sewage smell in the whole building. And a lot of marginal locals right outside balcony on the street. But they are quite peaceful..

The location was good. Within walking distance to where everything is but tucked away enough so there is no noise from the outside.

Everything was nice.

The apartment was great - quiet and in good location. It is small but has everything you need, and we only came home to sleep. Our host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed or had questions about.
