Modern Newly-built Home by the New York Cafe

It’s close to the metro station, you have Lidl/Mc/Shops very close to the property.

It was not that clean like it’s normally supposed to be … but they fix it the next day.

Everything was fine. Nice apartment in a new building. Great transportation, all amenities nearby.

A dishwasher would be nice.

Helpful assistance and prompt responses, clear instructions for key retrieval, excellent location, clean apartment, Wi-Fi, and all necessary facilities are provided, although there is no dishwasher

Late check in (from 3 pm). Major road repair are underway right in front of the house, leading to dust accumulation on the terrace, and noise starting from 8 am and lasting throughout the day. In addition, shoes get dirty every time after visiting the apartment and back. Noise at night from drunk people likely due to the presence of a bar on this street. The mobile internet signal is very weak, suggesting a switch to Wi-Fi. No dishwasher. Pillows could be better

The location is excellent, a short walk from the city center and very close to public transport. The apartment has a really well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, great for a longer stay.

The bed could be more comfortable.

Everything was fine

Apartment is located in a new building(or recently renovated). Clean, spatious enough for our family of 4. They were nice to let us bring our luggage in the apartment earlier, as the check in was at 15:00, and we arrived at 11:00. The area is also ok, easy to access all attractions. Fully furnished, all kitchen supplies needed, washing machine and iron as well. 👌

Although 2 cabinets in the apartment, one was used for storage of cleaning supplies, so could not be used for our clothes. The other one, had 2 drawers but both were busy with all kind of spare parts or unnecessary objects(at least for the tenant). So we had to squeeze our clothes in the upper part which for 4 is not enough. Also, the cabinet seemed a bit unstable (very cheap quality). Secondly, the terrace had a sitting area which could be nicer if they wouldn’t use the terrace for storing boxes and other stuff, which didn’t look good. Hard to understand why they keep all those in an apartment rent for to tourists. I mentioned the above as a feedback mostly to the owner, hoping those stuff will be removed for the next tourists. Our stay was not affected in a big way, because we went there to feel good and actually enjoyed Budapest a lot.
