BpR Luminous Design Apartments

The property had a great location and was minutes away from main restaurants.

To begin, it wasn’t clear when booking that there wasn’t anywhere to put your bags if you arrived from the flight earlier than 3pm. You then had to wait in limbo for 3pm to get a code to get in as there’s no staff or anyone to help. When arriving at the property we believed it had shut down as the front door with notices all over it was horrifying. Once arriving and after getting through all the differing key codes and passcodes, the door key was near impossible to work. It was a standard locking key however the lock had a malfunction to the point where you had to hover the key half in the lock to open or close the door. Then to our disappointment the room was nothing like the photographs, to then discover that the photographs are of the superior room and was a complete different layout for “standard” which was not clear whatsoever. The room was a good size and had good heating etc, however there was only one small mirror in the bathroom for all the space there could have been at least one more. Further to this, to say there’s four beds in the standard, you only receive two towels. I would have liked to have more than one towel each for a four night stay and there was no option to change this. The location and the factor that we wasn’t spending a lot of time in this room was the only thing that gave this property some star ratings.

The location was wonderful - right in the city centre, the apartment was clean, modern enough.

It lacked me a dining table.

Location was perfect.

The owners were irresponsible. They couldn’t get us any hangers(????) and the code lock for the building complex was changed one day, new one was provided to us only the next day. Boiler needed to be restarted almost every day so warm water wasn’t always available and the appartement next to us was also dependent on that same boiler. The sunlight we got was from the one and only window we had and it was hard to open because the cupboard and TV were in the way.

Location near the center

Apartment is too small, without a living room. Lot of ants in the main bedroom (maybe because at floor level).
