Staff was good, and location also, it was clean

First of all we think that it was appartmant from first group of pictures, but it was not, also lot of ants is Inside of bedroom, and all night noise from all over the place, I think that we will not come back. Thank you

I booked the apartment in the photo. You gave me a dirty little apartment with a tiny room without windows. No dining table. No seating area....horrible experience. No compensation. No support, no communication. Also, one apartment keys open both of the apartments

it's too dark. in the toilete you don't have where to wash your hand, you neeed to go to bathrom. room with 2 bed are without any window

It was in the Center of the city and the room was good.

We had many problems, firstly we stayed 6 nights at the apartment and they don’t clean it on this 6 nights not even once, the did nothing about the cleanness. Secondly, the bathroom it stinks from the drainage all the time since we got at the apartment and it smells in all the apartment. Thirdly, we ask for extra two towels and they charged us 5€ extra and they brought us only two body towels the same was happened and we first got the apartment only two body towels, one towel for the hands and one for the face and we were two people. They door of the apartment had problem and it was difficult to lock it and the most important problem was that the radiators had a controller to choose the temperature you want but all the time I tried to set the temperature I want the temperature was remained the same between 17-19,5 Celsius degrees and this made our accommodation really uncomfortable because of the cold in the room, probably they set the temperature the want to have the apartments and the controllers are more for “decoration”.

I have been there already a couple of times, the place is great, and the location of the apartment is excellent.

What makes me a little bit suspicious, is if anyone from the owner's / manager's side ever read these reviews. In fact, the kettle does not work already a couple of months, and compared to my previous stays, two bar chairs are GONE. Also, the problematic unreliable key is typically causing at least noise from the opposite room, as new inhabitants move in and have trouble getting inside the room, as the key needs to be precisely positioned in the locker :D Also, time by time the awful odor is coming from the bathroom sink. All things would be easy to solve if someone wanted. These are relatively minor things but will cause this otherwise excellently located apartment lower points in reviews..
