For relocation, please contact Booking.com.” We tried calling the provider and sending messages, but there was no response. At first, we thought it was a mistake. We then called support and found out it was not a mistake—they had canceled our reservation without any explanation. As a result, we had to find new accommodation, travel around with our bags, and reschedule our plans, have unnecesary expenses. It was really uncomfortable situation.

I loved the apartment and i loved how well equipped it is, it has a lot of facilities, good location

Be careful when booking this apartment. At the mentioned address, no one from the neighborhood has heard of the apartment, and no one answers the call to the given number on the day of departure. Before your arrival, you will receive nice messages of hospitality, and on the day of your arrival, you are left to yourself. We were forced to find another apartment. In addition to all that, the money was charged in advance.
