Good space and Big rooms

there was alot of Dirt here and there and the Heating was poor also entry and elevator was always dirty so was allways disgusting going in and out

The apartment was spacious and well located. Although it was in centre, it wasn’t noisy. There were fans in the rooms so the conditions were comfortable.

The problem was with the cleanliness. The apartment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests: in the cupboard there was rotten food, in the bathroom somebody didn’t flash the toilet, in the rooms there was rubbish behind the beds. Also handles were broken in two bathrooms’ doors so there was a problem to close the door. Few dishes in the kitchen.

Location. The apartment was huge and having separate bedrooms was ideal. Good choice if you are looking for a place just to sleep.

The place needs decorating. Door handles coming off. Window glass missing. Exposed wires, shower head needs fixing. The whole property that the apartment is located also needs renovating so even if the apartment had a good makeover the property may still let it down.

Only one washroom was in workable condition. There were no locks that were working and there was some owner stuff lying on the dining table of the property.

Easy to get to and from with the tram just across the road. Lidl just underneath the apartment, was very convenient.

There was no brush in the apartment to clean up. One of the toilets was broken also.

The position and the room

Missing something to hold the bath towel. Also the fridge had ice and needed defreezing. The whole building is old and dirty, but inside the room is ok
